I am not entirely sure what you speak of regarding my “combat boner”, and I appreciate you serving so I don’t have to. My whole family has served as well. I enjoy the big boy toys but fail to see why I should have to join the military in order to be able to own one.

I just get annoyed by the idea that people feel a desire to possess weapons beyond what is required for simple hunting and feel people are disingenuous about their interpretation of the 2A.

This IS EXACTLY WHY the 2ND Amendment exists. When a State Rep Warns that the US Military will SQUASH WE THE PEOPLE in order to take away our "GOD Given" and 2nd Amendment Protected Rights in order to "enforce" laws of tyranny...
