Don’t be so dramatic. You claiming you need a gun to protect yourself against the government is ludicrous. But you seem like a reasonable person. If an assault weapons ban happens, I’m sure you’ll follow law.

1/2 Sarcasm fine, but some dont take nuclear weapons jokingly. As a veteran who flew aboard the E-4B (nuclear command & control) for many years, I highly doubt most military members would follow through on attacking their own people - using nuclear or conventional weapons.
-
2/2 I made it perfectly clear to my chain of command that if my mission included coordinating attacks within the US, I would do everything in my power to hinder that mission. That included delaying my responses, being slow to complete tasks, or destroying communications equipment

I sleep better at night knowing that other Americans feel like I do. God bless you Marines.

Eric, may I remind you the government belongs to the people, as do the nukes. Your so called “government” does not declare war on its own people! You are a scary, mindless son of a bitch to be in DC. I will be contacting my congressman to start proceedings on you. Words matter!

Rep Swalwell needs to resign from his elected set he does not represent the American People ! He is not employees by a private political organisation but instead by a government of the People. by the People ! The Government belongs to the People ! He had better remember that
