Yeah. Those 57% don’t care that those soldiers are doing their job as citizen soldiers and are protecting our freedoms at the border. With that said, quick playing the guilt trip and using Thanksgiving as a ploy. As a veteran I have spent many holidays away from my family.

They’re doing someone else’s job. We have a whole thing called Customs and Border Patrol that employs people for stuff like that. The Texas National Guard is also well qualified to ... sit around in tents.

I served in the military and can say without equivocation that 99% of all personnel that I knew proudly performed their duties each and every time they were ask to!.. Holidays included

Never Forget! I don't think anyone is questioning whether all service men and women will proudly perform their duties. What they're saying is #OperationFaithfulPatriot was a political stunt, an abuse of power and a mis-use of their proud service.

As a veteran of the United States Army, nothing would have made me more proud than to be stationed on our boarder protecting this great nation and all our people. Its what we sign up for and its what our families sacrifice for.

Hey @RepSwalwell maybe you should check out the video of Mexican citizens standing up against the caravan. They don’t want migrants coming through their own country to break into ours. Enough is enough. We are being invaded and it has to stop.
