His handgun was equipped with an illegal magazine that greatly increased the number of bullets he could fire. If we can't get gun control, how about law enforcement at these gun shows selling illegal equipment. How about limiting the amount of ammo available for sale at one time.

What about having applicants sign a limited waiver that allows their medical providers/ therapists flag them if they are a high risk. Then they can challenge such designations at a hearing if they are ultimately refused when trying to purchase a gun.
