Rep. Swalwell? We need to move past these naive dreams of Trump suddenly doing the right thing. He never will, he probably never HAS. He is BEYOND redemption.

-
Nah. No one is beyond redemption. And if he doesn’t get it right, our redemption comes through the ballot box.
-
Eric, you’re wrong my friend. Your comments suggest a gross naïveté from someone with your education and who is in your position. Not everyone is redeemable. See: high school history books.
-
I think he’s trying to be diplomatic. Maybe we need less of that.
-
We are so far past diplomacy. So far past politicians making big speeches and declarations then voting with the pack. WHAT YOU PERMIT YOU PROMOTE. You cannot continue to talk out both sides of your neck
@RepSwalwell You and the GOP continue to treat trump like an adult. He is not - 1 more reply

No...he's not making mistakes. He's doing this on purpose. He's intentionally destroying our country.
-
I agree with this wholeheartedly. tRump knows exactly what he’s doing and he loves that we are divided. It makes him feel more powerful. We will not heal as a country until the white Nationalist is out of office.
-
This is all very gratifying to Putin too.

I'm afraid that this beast may be beyond the power of redemption. He is INCAPABLE of doing anything that is proper, courageous, right, decent, moral or legal! It's who he is, at his core; a madman; clearly out of his mind.
-
& again, the proof of the pudding was at Trump's ill-mannered rally tonight. These people cannot be helped. They follow their demonic master. As sad as it is, things may get worse but I pray not. THE GOOD NEWS?

You’re a bigger man than I am, figuratively speaking. I don’t care if he crawled across the floor sobbing, I’ll never forgive what he’s done. Or his family.
-
I’d kick him in the teeth.

Mistakes are one thing. The intentional destruction of this country is quite another. Nothing could ever convince me that tRump is worthy of forgiveness or, especially, trust. The only people he's capable of inspiring are others like himself. We're seeing where that gets us.
-
Yep! Trump is a self-absorbed, spoiled man- baby who will never admit ANY wrong doing. Freaking psychopath!!

And I'm sickened that again today more shouts of "Lock her up" and "CNN sucks" while Ben Carson and Trump look on... laughing. We were so lucky no one died this time! Is that what it will take for them to understand the impact of their reckless rhetoric?
-
They don't care.
