Not only that, they plan 2 repeal the ACA, cut Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid, & other benefits to pay 4 the trillions of dollars doled out to the rich & corporations. So, in the long run the middle class & poor will be spending a lot more to compensate for these cut backs.

There's clarity in that statement. Trump has no intention of actually going through with it though, and I doubt congress would allow it given the massive deficit.
