No taxes & small government is a philosophy. Not one I agree with, but I get it — after all, nearly my whole family is Republican. What I don’t accept as a debatable philosophy is murder. And right now, @realDonaldTrump wants you to be cool with the murder of a journalist.

Do Republicans have a political philosophy -- you're giving them too much credit. Smaller govt isn't a philosophy, it's an empty marketing message designed to win elections. The current GOP believes in strong, centralized government.

I am not okay with this. But historically, our government gives Saudi Arabia a pass when evidence points to their complicity. Last time it was the murder of thousands on 9/11. How much money and oil does a life go for these days? Do we even have a moral compass?

And OIL is not sustainable. So when that happens, what then? We are so unprepared for
