@CIA. This is their wheel house. They should already have contacts and sources in place to get this information. Overseas is always CIA that’s their office. FBI is inside the US.

But still wouldn’t the CIA also have some sources possibly to offer? I have spent too much time at that bookstore in the spy section. Clearly.

It's interesting to me which branch it should be. Trump identified that Kashoggi while working for aUS news agency, is apparently not a US citizen. I agree that joint info between CIA and FBI might be appropriate.
