Sexual assault victims deserve respect. And senators shouldn’t be threatened by the public. I said something stupid and minimized ugly behavior. That tweet is deleted and I’m sorry for that.

There was nothing wrong with what you said. Dr. Ford is putting her whole life on the line and all the GOP can think of is themselves and getting the seat filled immediately. At least, you can apologize when "insensitive", unlike anyone in the GOP.
