The #Kavanaugh confirmation should be delayed until the sexual assault allegation against him is fully investigated. The Supreme Court, during President Obama’s last year, functioned with just 8 justices. There should be no rush to fill it now.

If Kavanaugh had any decency, he would withdraw before we demand to see more of the sealed documents & find out what else he is hiding.

EXACTLY ! I thought he should've withdrawn after we found out he committed numerous acts of perjury. Now we are adding sexual assault on top of all the perjury. I am not 100% convinced he will withdrawal because the GOP is filled with nothing but liars, crooks & frauds.

He should remove himself from nomination. He will be know for the rest of his life as the Justice that tried to rape someone & grew up to be a SC justice. He should also be disbarred & removed from the bench.
