If you claim 2016 was the Obama era then the unemployment and economic trend upward should be credited to him as well. I knew the economy was still his accomplishment. Republicans don't know how to volley a good economy this long.

Trump's been rolling back the Dodd Frank regulations put in place after the last recession. House prices in MN are insane and people are getting mortgages for huge amounts again, I predict another recession within 2 years.

If not sooner. California home prices are out of control, rent fees have millennials living with 15 people in one house and the homeless have taken over blocks upon blocks of abandoned land, properties, freeway overpasses, underpasses, sidewalks and these are our Vets, teachers.
