Every profit sharing plan I've had the opportunity to participate in used a percentage of profit as their base. Increased profit always = increased profit sharing. Math is hard.

Yea! I got like a dollar a week? This has never worked before and it won't work this time. The folks that can most afford the the things that freedom brings their way, should have to pay more in taxes. People at the bottom should get a REAL raise for a change.
