  Fun fact: Rep Swalwell passed more meaningful bills in Office than Paul Ryan did before becoming Speaker. Between that and his intel committee work, he’s got the policy chops already. Hope he runs for Senate once Senator Feinstein retires (or if Senator Harris becomes President)
