Convicted felons aren’t allowed to own guns, so we need to make domestic battery, which is only a misdemeanor, a felony in all 50 states.

Why in God's name is a wife batterer not considered a criminal - that's to start with. Criminals cant own a guns right? It's up there with having to put forward an
#AntilynchingBill. Yes DO IT Please. But my god think about it. America has to tell people this is wrong! -
Felons can’t own guns. DA is a misdemeanor at best. States have made the definition of abuse so narrow that most end up being charged with something else. Many loopholes all thanks to the NRA.
