This isn't a congress person calling the cops on someone running for congress. This idiocy is happening all over the country. But we do expect our congress people to be far more mature. Guess they aren't.

Some my earliest memories are of my dad explaining that everyone has something different that they bring to the mix. It’s what makes our country unique and we’re a stronger country for it. See the good in every new person you meet. Learn from them. I try to live by his advice.

I agree. I think bringing policemout because someone of a different color is going door to door and having it be innocent should be made an offense that should carry a fine. Like $500 1st time and higher two more times and then 30 days in jail. Seriously.
I think the one silver lining in this story was you notice the Representative and the Sheriff's Deputy posed for the picture and were both smiling. They turned a negative into a positive interaction. Still hope for America!!!
