Mr. Swalwell, I have a lot of respect for you and your voice, but Congress is a joke and since Trump was elected, it has acted as more of an extension of the Executive branch rather providing checks and balances or listening to constituents.

2. Until Congress starts writing laws that make it illegal for active members of Congress to profit directly from laws they are writing and have clear conflict of interest policies in place, this sort of thing will continue until the public is certain that democracy has died.

In countries like Portugal, which have given up on neutrality, people have to buy tiered internet access rates to access various services. Such as: pay $5 extra if you want your Twitter traffic to flow well; pay $10 extra if you want Twitter and Facebook, etc. U ok with this?
