The only way to help the middle-class is to give the tax breaks to the middle-class. We need help, our income doesn't go up but the cost of everything we buy goes up. The top one% should be playing more in taxes, not less. They don't even pay tax most of the time.

What are you referring to with "they now have to pay their fare share"? And Swallwell didn't say anything about their taxes going up, just how 200k earners got a 4.4% and 10-25k earners got 0.9%
