JUST NOW: I voted in favor of HJRes 77, which passed with overwhelming bipartisan support, opposing the withdrawal of U.S. troops from Northern Syria. The chaos and violence that has resulted from this misguided decision is no way to repay our partners in the fight against ISIS.
