I suggest a vote for @Rick_Neal if you want to return civility to congress. Steve and his ilk in the house are a major reason for the incivility we currently see. Boehner should have nipped them in the bud when the GOP still had a chance.
According to @HarvardBiz, 80% of workers who experience incivility on the job lost productivity worrying about the incident. Civility matters for office culture and the company’s bottom line.

When you don’t recognize incivility and allow it to happen, you are just as much part of the problem. When are you going to start calling out the president for his awful behavior? Don’t you see the effect this is having on our country?

Because you are so willing to overlook incivility from the leadership of our country, this plays as nothing more than a cruel joke. Your time would have been better spent meeting with constituents and hearing our concerns. You are failing your constituents.
