The President is required by law to release a National Drug Control Strategy in February of each year, but he missed that deadline in 2017 and again this year. Congress must make sure this does not happen again.

Yesterday I introduced an amendment to H.R. 5925 that would hold the Trump administration accountable for repeatedly missing this deadline by requiring them to report directly to Congress if there is any further delay and explain why the strategy was not produced.
