We (Massachusetts) have commonsense gun laws....the problem is a lack of enforcement...too many charged with gun violations get off because they play the legal system. That's the only part of the process that's breaking down...Fix that!
Today I attended a town hall w/@RepMikeCapuano to discuss gun violence & the steps we must take to pass common sense gun laws.
