The problem is that, unlike Secretary Clinton, Secretary Powell apparently did not save or print out any of his emails.
It is ridiculous that the National Archives asked the State Department to contact AOL for Secretary Powell's e-mails, but they didn't.

I didn’t have to spend taxpayer money to find out what Secretary Powell did. He wrote it in his book.
