Our police have the tools to radically change these happenings. They must cordon off these hits so that the media can't get pictures of the incident. All information about the incident must be released from command centers well removed from the massacre
4. Our Media publishes reports that glorifies (in the perps eyes) what the perp does.
3. Our education systems support these killers with an attitude that you should act on your FEELINGS instead of teaching morals - Thou shalt not kill!
