As usual your politics are showing. Part 1. GUN CONTROL would not have stopped this shooter. The shooter should not have been walking our streets. Focus on the REAL issue in ALL these horrible situations, get these perpetrators off our streets.
The Perpetrator must be neutralized ASAP....usually with his/her death. Police can use other investigative techniques to determine WHY the perp went off the rails, etc.
