H.Res.430 further provides all committee chairs with authority to go directly to court to enforce their own subpoenas without the necessity of a full House vote.

Yesterday the House passed H.Res.430, the Civil Contempt and Subpoena Enforcement Resolution, authorizing the Judiciary Committee to initiate or intervene in judicial proceedings to enforce certain subpoenas.
