Pleased to see H.R. 2326, the Navy Seal Chief Petty Officer William “Bill” Mulder (Ret.) Transition Improvement Act of 2019, pass the House this week.
H.R. 2326 will create a grant and pilot program that will provide assistance services for Veterans and their spouses as they make the transition to off-base housing, and give them additional access to resources and training to help adjust to life in their new civilian community.
