Today the House passed H.R. 2157, the Supplemental Appropriations Act of 2019, a disaster relief Bill which provides $17.2 B emergency spending for communities across America devasted by natural disasters.

H.R. 2157 includes funding for infrastructure, community development, social services, Veterans affairs and dislocated worker initiatives to help address the urgent needs of those living in disaster stricken communities.

We cannot allow American families to struggle alone to recover from natural disasters, they should be able to rely on their government for support and assistance throughout those difficult times. #DisasterReliefForAll
