Why don't you walk around Dorchester asking if the gang bangers passed the background check to get their guns?
Last month I signed on as a cosponsor of #HR8, the Bipartisan Background Checks Act of 2019. This is a first step to combat gun violence, which killed nearly 40,000 Americans last year. Requiring background checks on all firearm sales is a commonsense law we must implement now.
