I am proud to join Senator Warren, Senator Markey and my colleagues in introducing a Resolution to Honor the 75th Anniversary of the All-American Girls Professional Baseball League (AAGPBL), an important part of our Nation’s history.
Massachusetts had 29 women participate in the AAGPBL, a ground breaking organization, one of which was Mary Pratt from Quincy, MA, who happens to turn 100 today. Happy Birthday Mary, you serve as an inspiration to women in sports everywhere!
