  And so --- what? So what? Congress doesn't dictate what the FBI pursues or when. Comey was Head of the FBI. Comey waited to inform "because of the sensitivity of the matter." Enough said. That timing is a choice at HIS discretion as Head of the FBI. So ---what's your point?
