Since the corporate tax breaks will be recurring yearly will these bonuses as well? Or are we expected to be excited over a one time monetary reward while corporations repeatedly reap financial benefits at the expense of our federal financial solvency?

How much did they reap from this tax reform that will cover stock buybacks and executive comp? Bonuses are not a sign of long-term investing in employees… raises are.

Wouldn’t it be nice if they got raises instead of one time bonuses? The raise would compound income over time. Instead, you get a one time bit of cash - you pimp the positive press for 2018 - and when all these ppl get canned next year everyone will have moved on.
