I honestly can't figure out whether @RepSmucker is lauding the tax bill because he's a cynical chaser of campaign cash from the billionaires who will benefit OR if he ACTUALLY believes that giving the extremely rich more money will magically help his constituents. Could be both.

More jobs depends on the false premise of "trickle down." Fairer taxes depends on whether you think a huge tax cut for corporate and wealthy Americans is fair. Bigger paychecks for working America will be only modestly bigger and for a limited time.
