Representative, I believe simply withholding the whistleblower’s report from congress is a crime. Since Congress cannot view the report, it is being withheld. Therefore, a crime is currently being committed by the executive branch. Right?
If it wasn't an issue, why obstruct it's release from the get go. The only reason he did this was to control the narrative prior to the release. Same thing he did prior to the release of the Muller Report.
