2/3 - I offered an amendment to H.R. 1230 to draw attention to the fact that under this bill older Americans engaged in age discrimination lawsuits would no longer be entitled to receive any monetary compensation or job reinstatement in successful cases.
3/3 - I cannot support H.R. 1230 in its current form which was rushed through committee and puts trial lawyers above America’s workforce.
