The report said it failed to reach an obstruction conclusion not because there's a lack of evidence (there's plenty), but rather, because of the DOJ's policy against indicting a sitting president. Lloyd, do you need me to sit next to you so we can read it together? I'll help.

Did you read some sort of classified report that didn't have the indictments, the parts about the guy too unaware to realize he was breaking the law, or the parts about the guy doing highly unethical things we never thought we needed a law for?
