-DECREASED funding for border security (well below @realDonaldTrump / CBP requests)
-DECREASE number of illegal immigrants caught by ICE (INCREASE

We received 1,200 pages of this bill text a little after 1 a.m. That gave us less than 24 hours to read, review and vote on spending for a QUARTER of our government. This makes no sense. This process is broken. The American people deserve better.
Agree. Also the debt is skyrocketing since you got to Congress. You need to fix that. Disappointed in your leadership. Do better. Fiscal conservative in words only.
Remember the GOP tax scam that was written by donors/GOP-only in side rooms & then reps had mere hours to read pages of scribbles & vote? Your party "broke the process," sir. But I guess only when the bill doesn't line GOP pockets with cash, it's a problem, right?

I don't understand a government that thinks it did great work getting a CR bill that pushes the problem down the road to September. Why not a year long budget
