I’m one of your constituents, @RepSmucker. It’s pretty hard to negotiate when Senator McConnell won’t even allow a vote in the senate on the bills from the house to reopen the government. Perhaps he should spend some time reading the constitution to learn what it says his job is

I am continually disappointed by your apparent lack of awareness and human dignity. We do not have a crisis at our southern border. The immigration service has already reported this. We do have a crisis of leadership, and you aren't helping.

I have to say I’m impressed. The letter was clearly drafted by the President, himself. Grammatical errors and rhetoric, in true Trump style. An embarrassment to the office he holds. My voter registration may say Republican now, but not for long.

Speaker Pelosi doesn’t need to negotiate when the terms are clear and the president rejects them. Border security is not synonymous with a useless wall.
