The perfect synopsis of the GOP mindset: small biz owner says she "could" invest in equipment, expansion, advertising or technology, but not that she did; she doesn't mention passing those savings along to any staff; she regurgitates trickle-down, which you lap up as praise.

All the benefit of the tax bill went to already wealthy shareholders and corporations that are cashing in on stock buybacks, not to workers. There is no wage growth, so the law does not benefit small B2C businesses, unfortunately. Facts belie feel-good trickle-down fairy tales.
