Nice try but bottom line is Dems don’t want a deal, or at least one that involves not having exact same problem in 5 years. The tell is when you say “instead of the wall” meaning you aren’t willing to give him what he wants to get what you want. Dems want issue, not solution
Trump is the one who ended DACA, said he would sign whatever Congress proposed, and then rejected every bipartisan solution we sent him.
