Sadly I just think he doesn't want to resolve the issue. :( Keep trying though.
Since the president ended #DACA, the House and Senate have proposed more than a dozen bipartisan bills-- some of which were also bicameral. Not one of them has gotten Trump's approval.

Seems though he has an offer of citizenship to DACA in exchange for border security, which is more than you asked for. You could accept today, or counter. Refusal to do so suggests not interested in resolving DACA or securing border. Neither is reasonable position
