Congressman, to fix a *problem*, the answer is to rectify the *cause*. E.g. If your tire gets a puncture due to a nail in the road, the answer is NOT to *ban* all nails (or the scary looking ones). Instead: Make the road cleaner. What is the "CAUSE" of teenagers wanting to kill?
