Watch my full speech on how the commonsense fixes in the ADA Education and Reform Act will help improve access. It addresses a lot of the concerns raised by disability advocates:pic.twitter.com/4DSoP12unH

Thank you for your Leadership on this issue
@RepScottPeters ! ADA is critical to ensure accessibility for our disabled. By requiring a proper notice and a reasonable cure period before a lawsuit, frivolous lawsuits will diminish, allowing owners to make the necessary repairs. -
"For our disabled." How patronizing. I'm a 55 year old American citizen who served my country. I'm not "your disabled." And you are advocating taking my civil rights away. Shameful.

With all due respect, I, and the disabled community wholeheartedly and vehemently disagree. This bill will DECREASE already strained accessibility for millions of vulnerable people. There are better ways to address the rare frivolous lawsuit.

Do you really think the GOP care about disability rights? Nor does POTUS. Why don't you work on repealing the AR-15 so school children have a chance to get away?
