Congress is no exception, which is why I've supported "No Budget, No Pay" since before I was elected. If Congress can't do its job and pass a budget on time, we shouldn't get paid.

I’m a constituent in Kearny Mesa (and a fan of Rep Peters) and I think this is an awful idea. The rich members of congress won’t care, so this would just let them apply financial pressure to their poorer colleagues. Am I wrong? The whole thing smells like shallow populism to me.
