      The ACA has made a lot of progress. Clearly, my GOP colleagues agree, since they are trying to preserve or re-create many parts of it.

      In San Diego, the ACA and @CoveredCA is working pretty well. The uninsured rate dropped from 9.4% to 5.4% in #CA52 since ACA was passed.
