In San Diego, the ACA and
@CoveredCA is working pretty well. The uninsured rate dropped from 9.4% to 5.4% in#CA52 since ACA was passed.
But we also know there are other challenges, like parts of the country that are lacking competition, giving consumers less options.

However, this bill would damage these markets even further and shift costs to working families for less care.

The majority gave up on a bipartisan proposal before they even began writing this bill. We can and must do better than this.
