I joined @EnergyCommerce eager to work in a bipartisan way to improve our health care system.
The ACA has made a lot of progress. Clearly, my GOP colleagues agree, since they are trying to preserve or re-create many parts of it.

In San Diego, the ACA and
@CoveredCA is working pretty well. The uninsured rate dropped from 9.4% to 5.4% in#CA52 since ACA was passed. -
But we also know there are other challenges, like parts of the country that are lacking competition, giving consumers less options.
