@UN estimated that carbon dioxide emissions from air travel reached over 900 million metric tons in 2018. Our Climate Calendar for Congress would reduce congressional travel days and therefore, reduce emissions and flights to and from D.C.Show this thread
I came up with this calendar last month and I called @RepKatiePorter who is urging a more family-friendly calendar so we could team up to rally support for this major change to how Congress does business.
