Love the idea of ranked Choice voting. Hate the idea of forcing states to do what the FG tells them to do.

Unless the punishment is revoking of federal funding and grants. Like when the USFG raised the drinking age to 21 and then would withhold highway funding to states that did not comply. Then it’s fine by me.
