Our nation was founded on “No Taxation Without Representation,” but 700,000 American citizens and DC residents have no vote in Congress. I co-sponsored HR51 which received its first hearing in 25 years this week. It's finally time for #DCStatehood.

Actually, w McConnell blocking votes on all legislation, 350 million of us have no senate representation & are taxed without representation except the few 100k that voted for him in KY
