Yesterday in @EnergyCommerce, I spoke about our bill, the LAB Act. It aims to protect access to lifesaving diagnostics by ensuring CMS uses data from the entire lab market to determine Medicare reimbursement levels. This would protect patient access and keep costs down.pic.twitter.com/QlPZ9tsgCP
