We can all agree animal cruelty is unacceptable. I support the bipartisan #PACTAct, which would make animal cruelty a federal crime and make it easier to prosecute individuals who engage in animal cruelty. #ProtectOurPets

County shelters recieve TAX payer funding. How about making it illegal for rental companies to discriminate. Millions of animals end up dumped bc properties will not allow "dangerous breeds" Any given metro area with 300+ rental properties maybe 3 will allow all dogs

You can make it a federal crime all you want, but until we have judges and a justice system that will aggressively ENFORCE the laws it will mean NOTHING. TX, TN, AR, GA by far, lead the nation in UNSPEAKABLE animal abuse. County shelters in filthy inhumane conditions
